Mosspaul has five comfortably furnished guest rooms :

Ettrick - Double
Ewes - Double
Borthwick - Twin
Allan - Family - (Two interconnecting rooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds which share an en-suite).
Teviot - Twin - Disabled accessible (see separate page)

All rooms are recently refurbished and although not huge are very cosy and comfortably furnished.All rooms are fully carpeted,have tea and coffee making facilities and colour tv/video (stock of videos to borrow). The heating in each room is individually thermostatically controlled.


The en-suites in Ettrick,Ewes and Allan have baths with a power shower over whilst Borthwick and Teviot have powers showers but no bath. Ettrick,Ewes.Borthwick and Allan are situated on the first floor. Teviot is situated on the ground floor immediately adjacent to the ramped disabled accessible entrance to the building.

This new purpose built twin bedded room has been designed to ensure your comfort and safety at all times.

En-suite (wet room) facilities with level access shower
Electric beds
Easy access furniture
Room service available at certain times
